MS. DONNA SATTERTHWAITE

Donna Satterthwaite believes in diverse and inclusive workplaces, recognizing and fully using all the worker’s talents. That is why Ms. Satterthwaite spent 20+ years leading recruitment teams at Fortune 100 companies across approximately 8 industries.

Now, as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Juanita C. Grant Foundation, Ms. Satterthwaite leverages her recruiting leadership experience to provide job search training and coaching to displaced workers through one of the Foundation's keystone programs of workforce development. She is currently with Randstad RiseSmart as a career coach working with clients of all working demographics, who lost their jobs because of company restructurings.

For the last three years, Ms. Satterthwaite has been a consultant with the Reframing Aging Initiative and facilitator working to change the public’s perception of older adults.

After living in New Jersey for 17 years, she is now a resident of Prince George’s County, Ms. Satterthwaite graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.A. degree in Psychology.
