2020-2022 STRATEGIC GOALS
The Board of Directors Retreat engaged an expert strategic planning facilitator to guide the Board through discussions on the regional growth of JCGF. The Board concentrated on major steps that would create synergy between outreach strategies, education and training programs and advocacy efforts.

1. Increase levels and sources of funding                                              
A. Increase funding to $100K 
  • 2-3 Fundraising Activities
  • Multitiered pipeline of grants
  • Sponsorships, vendor fees
2. Hire essential Staff 
  • Volunteer/Ambassador recruitment
  • Hire PA, Marketing, Executive
3. Improve organizational capacity
  • Recruit 3-5 Board members 
  • Organizational assessment
