Resa B. Lovelace, M.Ed. Resa B. Lovelace, M.Ed., Founder of RBL Theory, LLC & Assistant Athletic Director of Student-Athlete Development at the University of Maryland. LGBTQ+ Strategist and Race Educator leading from an identity-based inclusive vision. Creator of BEOREGON, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative at the University of Oregon. She is a sought our presenter for regional and national platforms including the NIKE Headquarters, Women Leaders in College Sports National Convention, and National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) Regional Conference. Lovelace has consulted organizations and facilitated workshops across the United States addressing the importance of identity inclusivity. From consulting college administrators on Inclusive Best Practices, to educating Law students on the importance of LGBTQ+ inclusion, to teaching students about activism.

Pamela Branch  Pamela Branch is an accomplished Financial Advisor and currently serves as the Vice President of Retail Banking for Industrial Bank. Ms. Branch has been employed with Industrial Bank for over 40 years. With over 40 years’ experience in the financial arena, Ms. Branch considers herself a “guru” in understanding and ensuring compliance with many regulatory requirements, implementing and enforcing appropriate banking policies and procedures all while assisting with safeguarding Bank clients from fraud. Ms. Branch oversees the Retail Banking Division and trains new staff on policy and procedures, issues surrounding Elder Abuse & Identity Theft. She also trains her employees on how to educate the community in safeguarding their assets.

Carolyn Amacher Carolyn Amacher, MSW, MSG, has a background in program development and community engagement for non-profit agencies with $1-$8M budgets. As COO for 3 JCCs in Tucson, Richmond and Orange County, CA, she oversaw personnel and programs including early childhood, family, older adult, health & fitness and cultural arts. As Director of Development for several non-profits, Carolyn conducted annual, legacy and capital campaigns. Her specialties include community engagement & outreach, Board governance, program outcomes & evaluation, and professional development & recruitment. Carolyn holds a dual BA in newspaper and psychology from Syracuse University. Carolyn holds an MSW from Yeshiva University and Masters in Gerontology from University of Missouri, where she also earned a graduate certificate in non-profit management and the Chancellor’s Certificate in Neighborhood Leadership. Carolyn just completed her coaching certification from George Mason University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Wellbeing institute. She has held volunteer and professional leadership roles in Hillel, Hadassah, Syracuse University Alumni Association, Ameinu and Jewish National Fund.
