Carolyn Amacher, MSW, MSG, has a background in program development and community engagement for non-profit agencies with $1-$8M budgets. As COO for 3 JCCs in Tucson, Richmond and Orange County, CA, she oversaw personnel and programs including early childhood, family, older adult, health & fitness and cultural arts. As Director of Development for several non-profits, Carolyn conducted annual, legacy and capital campaigns. Her specialties include community engagement & outreach, Board governance, program outcomes & evaluation, and professional development & recruitment. Carolyn holds a dual BA in newspaper and psychology from Syracuse University. Carolyn holds an MSW from Yeshiva University and Masters in Gerontology from University of Missouri, where she also earned a graduate certificate in non-profit management and the Chancellor’s Certificate in Neighborhood Leadership. Carolyn just completed her coaching certification from George Mason University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Wellbeing institute. She has held volunteer and professional leadership roles in Hillel, Hadassah, Syracuse University Alumni Association, Ameinu and Jewish National Fund.
