Creator of BEOREGON, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative at the University of Oregon. She is a sought our presenter for regional and national platforms including the NIKE Headquarters, Women Leaders in College Sports National Convention, and National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) Regional Conference. Lovelace has consulted organizations and facilitated workshops across the United States addressing the importance of identity inclusivity. From consulting college administrators on Inclusive Best Practices, to educating Law students on the importance of LGBTQ+ inclusion, to teaching students about activism.
