Medicare Open Enrollment begins, October 15th! Be on the lookout for Medicare schemes including personal and/or medical identity theft and biased enrollment counselors who engage in potential abusive sales practices to increase enrollments in unbeneficial or out-of-network Medicare plans. Please be aware that Medicare will never contact people for their Medicare number, to gather personal information for eligibility, or to sell products.
