The organization is pleased to welcome Pamela Branch, Marci Levin, and Carolyn Amacher

Capitol Heights, MD, December 6, 2021: This past June, The Juanita C. Grant Foundation, Inc. (JCGF) issued a call for fellow advocates who share its vision, to join its National Advisory Council. The council was created to facilitate the organization’s expanding body of work in workforce development, social connectedness, and financial security awareness, both geographically and service-wise. Applications from a variety of backgrounds were encouraged, and care was taken to assemble a group with a diverse range of perspectives in order to effectively address issues that affect older adults.

After careful consideration, we are happy to announce that we will be working with new National Advisory Council members Pamela Branch, Marci Levin, and Carolyn Amacher. Pamela Branch brings with her a wealth of experience in financial advising and consumer protection. Marci Levin, GPC is a certified grant professional, with extensive experience in fundraising program development and financial policy advocacy. Carolyn Amacher, MSW, MSG has a background in program development and community engagement, which is complemented by multiple certifications in non-pro]it management, organizational wellbeing, and Gerontology.

“I am looking forward to the different and innovative perspectives the NAC members will bring to the Juanita C. Grant Foundation in positioning our programs and services to improve the economic stability, health, and well-being of older adults, ”said JCGF President & CEO S. Orlene Grant.

The Juanita C. Grant Foundation's work is rooted in service to our community, and we are constantly attempting to innovate the services and resources we offer to older adult communities. Thanks to the combined skills of the members of our National Advisory Council, we are ready and hopeful for a future where real change will occur.
